TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.
SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (Max of 2 pets per apartment)
CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, we are unable to host group celebrations, unless guests are 21 years or older while staying with us.
To check in, it is mandatory to present a valid, physical official identity document, such as a passport or an official national identity card.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
